He has served four years as a youth minister and four years coaching and training high school football, where he mentored student-athletes both on and off the field. His dedication to safety and positive school culture is further demonstrated by his two years as a Safe School Officer at KIPP Miami and My Life My Power Academy.
As President of Men of Tomorrow and a prominent leader within Sons of Allen AME and 5000 Role Models of Excellence, Lawrence has consistently led teams of up to 20 members, guiding young men & young women toward leadership, accountability, and community impact.
His vision for Generations on the Move Inc. is to create a lasting ecosystem where STEM education, mental wellness, and life skills intersect, ensuring Miami’s youth are equipped to overcome challenges and thrive as tomorrow’s leaders. Lawrence’s deep roots in Miami and multifaceted leadership experience make him uniquely qualified to inspire, empower, and mentor a generation on the move.
